WELCOME to the AvsB website. We hope that you enjoy your stay here. This has been a labor of love for those involved and we are excited to present this information to you in order to cultivate more enthusiasm towards animation and encouragement to continue in this unique artform.

Currently AvsB is an independent Learning Project conducted at Biola University for current Biola students interested in animation as a career. We are hoping that publicity will lead to more involvement between students and industry professionals who want to cultivate the skills in students who desire to do excellent work while maintaining excellent character traits that employers can rely on.

AvsB 2004 is currently in pre-production. We are still in the process of looking for various types of artists for the next version. We are also looking for financial support and/or hardware/software donations to help this project get underway.

If you are interested in helping out with this project, it will be open to any student who wishes to participate and any industry professionals who would like to donate some of their time to help create a real-world production experience.

Making its world wide debut at the Biola Film Festival, AvsB: A Study of Competition, has brought a new level of animation and attention to the Film program at Biola University. The first animated vignette of AvsB, entitled Logobots, sought to mimic the bizarre but amusing competition stylings of Battlebots, a Comedy Channel show in which home-made robots fight for three minutes in a specially designed cage filled with sharp objects and menacing hammers...
